How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Interestingaircraft Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Interestingaircraft Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Interestingaircraft Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@interestingaircraft.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
